Important: Please note that you are responsible for paying customs and any other relevant import fees based on your country's regulations. The exception is the USA, for products where the tariffs are specifically stated as prepaid.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping to North America, EU and World is based on total weight of shipment.

DELIVERY TIME

Packages are delivered by FedEx. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days worldwide.

We process & pack all orders as soon as possible based on availability. Pre-order items are subject to longer waiting times, as stated on each product page. 

ABOUT FedEx

The delivery time depends on your country but your order will be delivered usually within 5-10 business days.

If any delays occur from our end, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot affect delays caused by FedEx.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification FedEx with your tracking number and you might receive an update about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time.

FedEx will store the shipment for a short time only. If the shipment is not delivered within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. Undelivered package fee is $20 and it will be charged from the refund.
